About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help customers via phone, email and live-chat
  • Make sure that complex issues are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Assist in other areas of work as required

Requirements

  • Minimum C1 level proficiency in Turkish (speaking and writing)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong online communication and customer handling skills
  • Fast learner with great communication skills
  • Professional, mature and service-oriented
  • Valid EU passport
