About the role
Responsibilities
- Help customers via phone, email and live-chat
- Make sure that complex issues are resolved as quickly as possible
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Assist in other areas of work as required
Requirements
- Minimum C1 level proficiency in Turkish (speaking and writing)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong online communication and customer handling skills
- Fast learner with great communication skills
- Professional, mature and service-oriented
- Valid EU passport
