  • Solve customer problems by collaborating with the rest of the ARQ team
  • Propose product improvements to decrease workload and improve user experience
  • Execute tasks beyond the immediate scope of work to support company growth

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (verbal and written)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes
  • High level of empathy and attention to detail
  • Resourceful and driven team player
