About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone customer service and support for banking services
  • Assist existing customers by providing information and solutions
  • Record information and update banking systems
  • Guide customers on the use of electronic services such as internet banking
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain high-quality service and build trust with customers

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 22:00
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Good knowledge of English and MS Office
  • Patience and ability to handle demanding situations
  • Desirable experience in customer service
  • Team spirit and professionalism
