About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone customer service and support for banking services
- Assist existing customers by providing information and solutions
- Record information and update banking systems
- Guide customers on the use of electronic services such as internet banking
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain high-quality service and build trust with customers
Requirements
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 22:00
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office
- Patience and ability to handle demanding situations
- Desirable experience in customer service
- Team spirit and professionalism
