Through their AI-supported platform Enpal.One+, they provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar systems, battery storage, wallboxes, and heat pumps.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with their inquiries and concerns via telephone and email
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests
- Work within a fixed team to process and forward customer issues
- Collaborate closely with various operational teams to solve problems structurally
- Participate in regular training regarding products, processes, and internal workflows
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) in speaking and writing
- Strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with a positive and open attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, or motivated career changers
- High value placed on reliable and service-oriented customer care
