About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for dental practitioners, patients, and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Provide first-level technical support, billing assistance, and order tracking.
  • Support practitioners during their initial onboarding with ResMed appliances through welcome calls and administrative guidance.
  • Manage and process orders for both domestic (France) and export markets.
  • Handle credits, refunds, and ensure dossier compliance.
  • Assist in the processing and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Technical Support to share field insights.
  • Propose process improvements and support the development of junior advisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and leadership qualities.
  • Strong sense of service and ability to work effectively within a team.
