About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests regarding account administration, billing, and order follow-up via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer escalations and guide users through correct company processes
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status and resolution of their requests
  • Offer after-sale support, including order tracking and payment follow-up
  • Participate in team missions to support customer loyalty programs
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and/or nights

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a desire to make a positive impact
  • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
  • Willingness to work shift patterns (nights and weekends)
