About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests regarding account administration, billing, and order follow-up via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer escalations and guide users through correct company processes
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status and resolution of their requests
- Offer after-sale support, including order tracking and payment follow-up
- Participate in team missions to support customer loyalty programs
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and/or nights
Requirements
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a desire to make a positive impact
- Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
- Willingness to work shift patterns (nights and weekends)
