About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide routine end-to-end IT support and technical assistance to internal employees.
- Set up and configure PC/Mac computer systems, peripherals, and endpoint devices.
- Coordinate the setup and decommissioning of IT assets following internal guidelines.
- Execute troubleshooting steps for common IT issues and conduct post-resolution follow-ups.
- Log and track all support requests and incidents accurately within ServiceNow.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Perform 'smart hands' tasks and escort IT vendors on-site as directed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Experience using ticket tracking systems such as ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform routine technical tasks independently within a defined scope.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
- Ability to assist with basic audio/visual or conference room equipment support.
- Exposure to fundamental IT asset management processes.
