About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing optimization of the Customer Success technology ecosystem through process improvement and automation
- Partner with Customer Success Leadership to improve customer lifecycle processes from onboarding through renewal
- Support the implementation and act as the long-term administrator for ChurnZero
- Build and maintain customer health scores, playbooks, lifecycle journeys, and reporting within ChurnZero
- Manage renewal forecasting processes, pipeline hygiene, and executive reporting
- Support Salesforce administration related to Customer Success processes and account health
- Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize Salesforce, CPQ, and Conga workflows
- Build dashboards focused on customer health, retention, churn risk, and product adoption
- Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, ChurnZero, CPQ, and Conga
- Document business processes and system configurations to support scalability
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar SaaS operational roles
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting, and automation
- Experience supporting renewal forecasting and customer retention reporting
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Conga
- Experience implementing or administering Customer Success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, Totango)
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable operational processes
