About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing optimization of the Customer Success technology ecosystem through process improvement and automation
  • Partner with Customer Success Leadership to improve customer lifecycle processes from onboarding through renewal
  • Support the implementation and act as the long-term administrator for ChurnZero
  • Build and maintain customer health scores, playbooks, lifecycle journeys, and reporting within ChurnZero
  • Manage renewal forecasting processes, pipeline hygiene, and executive reporting
  • Support Salesforce administration related to Customer Success processes and account health
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize Salesforce, CPQ, and Conga workflows
  • Build dashboards focused on customer health, retention, churn risk, and product adoption
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, ChurnZero, CPQ, and Conga
  • Document business processes and system configurations to support scalability

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar SaaS operational roles
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting, and automation
  • Experience supporting renewal forecasting and customer retention reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Conga
  • Experience implementing or administering Customer Success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, Totango)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable operational processes
