Responsibilities
- Serve as an executive assistant to the Vice President, including scheduling, email prioritization, and inbox management
- Provide general operational support to the Customer Success team
- Manage client onboarding projects, including CRM management and data transfer organization
- Utilize Asana for project management and tracking onboarding KPIs
- Develop and maintain process documentation and onboarding slide decks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and data transfer teams
- Travel to in-person sales and support meetings or conferences occasionally
Requirements
- Background and/or degree in physical, occupational, or speech therapy industry
- Proficiency in project management software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously
- Ability to work onsite in Hoboken, NJ
- Occasional weekend availability for client data transfers
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical software skills or education
- Project management skills or education
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management
