Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders from senior executives to power users
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business requirements to drive successful outcomes and lifetime value
  • Proactively manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from deployment to renewal
  • Drive platform utilization and provide best practice recommendations
  • Own renewals and upsells for an assigned book of customers, including churn risk mitigation and revenue forecasting
  • Lead recurring Partnership Reviews to align on business priorities and product roadmaps
  • Act as a customer advocate to Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success or Account Management)
  • Proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships and driving value realization
  • Experience managing and closing renewals and upsells
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
