Responsibilities
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders from senior executives to power users
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business requirements to drive successful outcomes and lifetime value
- Proactively manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from deployment to renewal
- Drive platform utilization and provide best practice recommendations
- Own renewals and upsells for an assigned book of customers, including churn risk mitigation and revenue forecasting
- Lead recurring Partnership Reviews to align on business priorities and product roadmaps
- Act as a customer advocate to Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success or Account Management)
- Proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships and driving value realization
- Experience managing and closing renewals and upsells
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
