About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after go-live, owning the ongoing relationship and ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to long-term success
- Manage a book of business consisting of existing Restream customers on self-serve and Enterprise plans
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to maintain relationships and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
- Monitor account health, product adoption, and usage trends to proactively identify risks
- Perform initial onboarding and adoption support for new customers
- Act as the escalation point for ongoing customer issues, coordinating with Support, Billing, and Technical teams
- Maintain and grow the revenue base by managing retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Identify and drive upsell or expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Passion for live streaming, content creation, and video technology
- Commitment to achieving measurable results in customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
- Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing customer data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
