About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-go-live, managing the ongoing relationship and ensuring long-term success.
- Manage a book of business consisting of existing Restream customers on self-serve and Enterprise plans.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.
- Monitor account health, product adoption, and usage trends to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities.
- Perform initial onboarding and adoption support to ensure strong engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with Support, Billing, and Technical teams for resolution.
- Drive revenue growth by managing retention, renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing customer data and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple accounts.
- A passion for live streaming, content creation, and video technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-evolving SaaS or media technology environment.
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly to meet evolving customer expectations and industry trends.
