About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of StrokeViewer, Nicolab Assist, and other solutions across hospitals and regional stroke networks in EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital leadership, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Monitor customer usage, retention, and success KPIs to identify risks and drive proactive engagement.
  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans, including regular reviews of adoption goals and operational priorities.
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with Product, Development, and Commercial teams to address user needs.
  • Deliver training programs and support customer communications regarding product updates and release notes.
  • Support post-market surveillance by documenting and escalating customer feedback and product observations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the healthcare industry (or 2+ years of hospital experience).
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows and the challenges faced by healthcare professionals in hospital environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret usage data and adoption trends.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Tech-savvy with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
