Responsibilities

• Negotiate partnerships with schools, managing all stages from onboarding to renewal and contract retention
• Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies to enhance partnerships
• Monitor partner satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities and personalized solutions
• Maintain close, consultative relationships with partners to increase loyalty
• Analyze market trends in education and technology to provide value-added innovations
• Ensure active and high-quality service to exceed partner expectations

Requirements

• Experience in negotiations, account management, and partnerships
• Experience in the educational segment is preferred
• Strong sales and relationship management skills
• Proactive and results-oriented profile
• Clear and assertive communication and negotiation skills
