About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the quality control process for reservations
  • Communicate with customers and operators to ensure accuracy of information
  • Provide active trip support by communicating with customers, dispatch, and drivers during service
  • Act as a liaison for sales team members to ensure service fulfillment
  • Support the sales team with account management, reservation entry, and CRM updates
  • Manage inbound phone lines and Olark chat to qualify prospects and close sales
  • Provide reports from the CRM and assist with account management
  • Liaise with Supplier Relations, IT, and Accounting as needed

Requirements

  • High School Graduate (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of CRM applications, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the travel and tour industry
  • Experience with bus operators in sales or operations roles
  • Experience with reservation systems and online chat tools
