Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to onboard customers and ensure successful implementation
  • Develop deep knowledge of the EliseAI platform to provide insight-driven recommendations
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Monitor usage data and health metrics using tools like PlanHat, Zendesk, and Slack
  • Host onboarding webinars and customer training sessions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in customer-facing, project coordination, or support roles
  • Strong communication skills and an organized working style
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Interest in growing into a full Customer Success Manager role
  • Experience in SaaS, real estate, or healthcare industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with PlanHat, Zendesk, or Slack is a plus
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
