About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of business through scaled and digital engagement
  • Drive customer adoption and retention across a large SMB portfolio
  • Execute repeatable success motions for onboarding and product adoption
  • Identify upsell opportunities for Account Management
  • Leverage data to track ROI, product usage, and customer health
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scaled customer experiences

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
  • Experience managing a large book of business or high volume of customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and operationally minded
  • Data-driven with ability to interpret customer metrics
  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
