Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage customer success by responding to user requests and guiding leads through our services via email and website chat
• Provide technical setup support for customers connecting their source code management platforms
• Draft detailed reports based on inspected customer information
• Perform legal drafting and review by preparing written agreements and legal language tailored to specific client requirements
• Act as a bridge between the company and its customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
• High level of organization with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with modern web tools, specifically Google Docs

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and industry trends
• Experience working with diverse companies across various sizes and industries
