BizzyCar is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how automotive dealerships manage service operations. Our platform helps dealers streamline recall management, service scheduling, mobile service, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on BizzyCar’s platform, processes, and use cases
- Lead customer onboarding and training, including portal setup and configuration
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts in a high-volume environment
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify adoption gaps and retention risks
- Support renewals, upsells, and expansions by aligning solutions to customer goals
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing feedback for internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs
- Monitor customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Strong communication skills for leading customer presentations
- Ability to work with data to guide customer discussions
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Specialist
- Automotive or dealership industry experience
