Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with dentists and dental practices through first-class customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide specialized training and consultation to customers on operational topics
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and propose proactive solutions
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions within company databases
• Contribute to projects aimed at increasing efficiency and improving the customer experience

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment
• Native-level German language skills
• Good proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and persuasive communication
• Result-oriented mindset with a dynamic and optimistic approach to work
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
