About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to dental professionals’ inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding the Invisalign system via phone and email
  • Proactively handle customer situations to reach resolutions in a timely, professional, and tactful manner
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Provide education regarding company products and services
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and information in the company database
  • Monitor and report trends in customer requests and issues to management
  • Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Logistics, and Clinical Support to achieve holistic solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-based environment
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (written and verbal) is required
  • Proficiency in software environments; experience with Salesforce.com or SAP is a significant plus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple demands, including prioritization and responsiveness
