Customer Success Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute core sales activities, including software renewals and warranties, to grow recurring revenue
• Proactively identify and leverage strategic opportunities to upsell customers on additional products and services
• Serve as the primary global customer advocate to drive satisfaction, adoption, and long-term loyalty
• Educate and support a global network of OEMs and Resellers on new subscription programs and service offerings
• Analyze account statistics, usage metrics, and industry best practices to maximize ARR and mitigate churn risks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales within a technical or SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Sciences, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive sales strategy
• Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills for managing complex professional relationships
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Navision, or dedicated Customer Success Platforms
• Deep familiarity with subscription-based or recurring revenue models in a technical industry
