About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts within an assigned territory to ensure high retention rates
  • Provide timely quotes and proposals to customers and channel partners
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling premium services and identifying add-on product opportunities
  • Proactively monitor expiring agreements and execute actions to ensure continuous maintenance coverage
  • Handle customer and partner inquiries regarding pricing, co-terming, and contract reinstatements
  • Conduct outbound calls to reactivate customers with lapsed support
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene by accurately recording all customer and partner activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and German
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience compiling and reporting data
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High-energy, self-motivated approach to handling high volumes of email and telephone communication
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
