About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts within an assigned territory to ensure high retention rates.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities for premium services and additional Veeam products.
- Provide timely quotes and proposals to customers and channel partners.
- Proactively monitor expiring agreements and execute actions to ensure continuous maintenance coverage.
- Handle customer and partner inquiries regarding pricing, co-terming, and contract reinstatements.
- Conduct outbound calls to reactivate customers with lapsed support.
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene by accurately recording all activities in Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales teams to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Advanced proficiency in both English and German.
- Proven experience in data analysis, including compiling, querying, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a high-energy, self-motivated approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
- Experience in high-velocity sales or customer success environments.
