About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts within the assigned territory to ensure high retention rates
- Drive revenue growth by upselling customers to premium services and identifying add-on sales opportunities
- Proactively monitor expiring agreements and execute timely actions to ensure continuous maintenance coverage
- Provide accurate proposals, quotes, and pricing information to customers and channel partners
- Handle inquiries related to co-terming, up-selling, and the reinstatement of lapsed maintenance contracts
- Conduct outbound calls to reactivate customers with lapsed support
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene by accurately recording all activities in Salesforce.com
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced proficiency in both English and French
- Proven experience in data analysis, querying, and reporting
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
