About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts within an assigned territory to ensure high retention rates.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling customers to premium services and identifying add-on sales opportunities.
- Proactively manage the annual pipeline by conducting customer experience assessments and environment health checks.
- Perform cold calling to reactivate customers with lapsed support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales teams to prepare special terms and complex offers.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, business analysis, and impeccable data hygiene within Salesforce.com.
- Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalations to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or a combination of relevant education and experience).
- Advanced proficiency in both English and German.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to compile, query, and report insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-level accounts with complex technical configurations.
