About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through all pre-installation steps to ensure they are install-ready
- Manage scheduling for walk-throughs and installations
- Proactively follow up with homeowners via video conference, phone, text, and email
- Handle requotes in collaboration with field service managers and sales teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after a sale closes
- Maintain clear communication with Sales, Operations, and Installers
- Track customer milestones and report progress within the CRM
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfort working in a startup or growth-stage environment
