About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through all pre-installation steps to ensure they are install-ready
  • Manage scheduling for walk-throughs and installations
  • Proactively follow up with homeowners via video conference, phone, text, and email
  • Handle requotes in collaboration with field service managers and sales teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after a sale closes
  • Maintain clear communication with Sales, Operations, and Installers
  • Track customer milestones and report progress within the CRM

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Comfort working in a startup or growth-stage environment
