Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Provide timely support across phone, email, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services
- Ensure customers feel supported and confident using Halo’s technology
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or customer support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Customer-first approach
- Experience within a technology environment is desirable
- Knowledge of agriculture or water industries is a significant advantage
