About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Assume accountability for the customer lifecycle from onboarding to technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to optimize user experience
- Facilitate client integration through platform demonstrations
- Identify growth opportunities and refer qualified leads to Sales
- Track performance data and operational KPIs to improve customer experience
- Serve as a liaison between the business and international operators
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in French or other languages is a plus
- Proven track record in customer service, success management, or sales
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical escalations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ecosystem
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Cross-selling and up-selling experience
- Experience working within telecoms or technology industries
