About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts within the assigned UK&I territory
- Drive revenue through customer retention and upselling premium services or add-on products
- Proactively manage the annual pipeline by conducting customer experience assessments and health checks
- Perform cold calling to reactivate customers with lapsed support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales teams to manage special terms and complex offers
- Provide support to channel partners to ensure successful renewal closures
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene by accurately recording all customer and partner activities
- Meet daily and weekly SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or a combination of relevant education and experience)
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals
- Demonstrated track record of overachieving sales quotas and KPIs
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
