About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert training sessions tailored to Direct Material and Electronics Sourcing professionals
  • Manage client relationships across all organizational levels, from end-users to VP-level stakeholders
  • Lead regular business reviews with key client stakeholders to ensure platform value
  • Identify and summarize direct material cost savings opportunities using the Part Analytics platform
  • Provide strategic negotiation support and best-practice enablement to procurement teams
  • Evangelize new platform features and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine new concepts based on client needs and industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in supply chain, consulting, B2B SaaS, or the electronics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of direct material sourcing processes within manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insightful data analysis
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering advisory services within the SaaS or procurement domain
  • Certifications in relevant methodologies such as APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma
