Responsibilities
- Customer Education: Build scalable programs including onboarding academies, playbooks, in-product education, webinars, and office hours to drive product adoption.
- Community Programs: Build and grow customer communities through forums, Slack groups, user events, and customer-led content to foster peer learning and advocacy.
- Champion Programs: Identify and activate customer champions through CABs, betas, events, case studies, and references to drive expansion.
Requirements
- 4+ years in CS Programs, Customer Education, Community, Champions, or Lifecycle roles at a fast-growing company
- Proven experience building at least one of these motions from scratch
- Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong content and communication instincts
- High energy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Founder mentality with the ability to operate independently without existing playbooks
