About the Company
Adapt API is a venture-backed startup building the agentic operations layer for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. We are bringing manual and error-prone workflows into a comprehensive agentic workflow layer to modernize the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success motion by running onboarding and check-in meetings for SMB customers
- Act as a product expert to assist with account customization and product capability inquiries
- Serve as a first responder for customer inquiries, triaging issues and performing frontline investigations
- Work alongside agent-driven investigations to communicate findings to customers and loop in engineering when necessary
- Build and maintain internal CS operations, including monitoring customer health signals like usage patterns and login health
- Design and improve support automations and auto-response workflows
- Maintain customer records across HubSpot, Pylon, and Linear
Requirements
- 1–2 years of work experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ambiguity
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to customer success, support, or account management
- Startup experience or experience with scrappy side projects
- Interest in or experience with AI tools
- Experience with tools such as Pylon, Linear, HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk
