Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of accounts across a range of sizes and verticals
- Kick off relationships with new customers and set clear expectations for partnerships
- Run dashboard walkthroughs with IT administrators and gather feedback for product improvement
- Partner with Support to build standard playbooks for common non-technical customer tickets
- Audit accounts to assess sentiment and schedule Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Review expansion signals like headcount growth or leasing activity to proactively engage customers
- Debrief support escalations with engineering to translate pain points into actionable feature requests
