About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction and retention
- Execute license renewal schedules and SOW cadences for assigned clients
- Build and maintain critical relationships with contract signatories, procurement, legal, and finance personnel
- Lead client calls, communications, and cross-functional team outcomes
- Manage client budget and forecast processes while ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Identify risks and opportunities to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and escalate major client issues when necessary
Requirements
- BS or BA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- 5-7 years of experience in account management or a fast-paced agency environment
- Direct involvement or accountability for contracts with annualized values up to $100K
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
