About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction and retention
- Execute license renewal schedules and SOW cadences for assigned clients
- Build and maintain critical relationships with contract signatories, procurement, legal, and finance personnel
- Lead client calls and communications, ensuring clear direction and follow-up on all outcomes
- Manage client budgets and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identify client issues and collaborate with team members to develop and communicate effective solutions
- Promote and pursue client collections when necessary
Requirements
- BS or BA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- 5-7 years of experience in account management or professional work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Direct involvement or accountability for contracts with annualized values up to $100K
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Self-driven with the resilience to perform consistently in a high-level environment
