Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the adoption of YuCollect's solutions within client organizations by tailoring strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges to ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Monitor client usage patterns and provide guidance to optimize the effectiveness of the platform.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure clients leverage solutions to their fullest potential.
  • Identify and resolve client issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address system or process-related challenges.
  • Travel extensively to engage with clients in person.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in the collections industry, specifically focusing on the adoption of technology or financial solutions.
  • Strong domain expertise in collections to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record of nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in objection handling to address client concerns confidently and constructively.
  • Ability to identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical and process issues.
  • Fluency in the local language to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement.
