Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of YuCollect's solutions within client organizations by tailoring strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor client usage patterns and provide guidance to optimize solution effectiveness.
• Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure clients leverage solutions to their fullest potential.
• Identify and resolve client issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address system or process-related challenges.
• Engage in extensive travel to meet with clients and manage relationships in person.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the collections industry, specifically focusing on client adoption of technology or financial solutions.
• Strong domain expertise in collections or related analytical roles.
• Proven track record in developing strategies for increasing product usage and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional relationship management and objection handling skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical and process issues.
• In-depth industry knowledge and fluency in the local language.
• Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients.
