About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of YuCollect's solutions within client organizations by tailoring strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor client usage patterns and provide guidance to optimize solution effectiveness.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure clients leverage solutions to their fullest potential.
- Identify and resolve client issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address system or process-related challenges.
- Engage in extensive travel to meet with clients and manage relationships in person.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in the collections industry, specifically focusing on client adoption of technology or financial solutions.
- Strong domain expertise in collections or related analytical roles.
- Proven track record in developing strategies for increasing product usage and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional relationship management and objection handling skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical and process issues.
- In-depth industry knowledge and fluency in the local language.
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients.
