Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of YuCollect's solutions within client organizations by tailoring strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor client usage patterns and provide guidance, training, and regular check-ins to optimize solution usage.
• Identify and resolve client technical and process-related issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address system challenges and improve the client experience.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
• Travel extensively to engage with clients in person.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the collections industry, specifically focusing on the adoption of technology or financial solutions.
• Strong domain expertise in collections or analytical roles to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Exceptional relationship management and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and provide timely technical or process solutions.
• Fluency in the local language to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to drive product usage and manage long-term client partnerships.
