Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of YuCollect's solutions within client organizations by tailoring strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor client usage patterns and provide guidance to optimize solution performance.
• Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure clients leverage solutions to their full potential.
• Identify and resolve client issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address system or process-related challenges.
• Engage in extensive travel to meet and manage client relationships in person.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the collections industry, specifically focusing on the adoption of technology or financial solutions.
• Strong domain expertise in collections to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record of nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in objection handling to address client concerns confidently and constructively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical and process issues.
• In-depth industry knowledge and fluency in the local language for effective client communication.
