Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing book of business by developing success plans that drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Partner with Institutional sales to build relationships with decision-makers and identify growth opportunities
• Lead onboarding and frequent virtual or in-person meetings to share best practices and showcase new features
• Customize user experiences by configuring integrations, managing PDF reports, and creating tailored client groups
• Monitor account health and drive proactive usage campaigns to ensure client satisfaction
• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams to advocate for product improvements
• Manage renewal and expansion forecasts, usage reporting, and client documentation
• Travel occasionally (~10%) for client meetings and industry conferences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services or fintech industry
• 1+ years of experience in a sales, support, or account management role
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment vehicles such as Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and a client-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
