About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish trust with clients, sponsors, and key decision-makers to position Vusion as a long-term strategic partner
- Drive account plan execution in coordination with Sales and Key Account Managers
- Manage and improve client NPS by analyzing feedback and implementing corrective actions
- Lead business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value of deployed IoT and SaaS solutions
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs regarding support, maintenance, and asset management
- Coordinate internal teams including Support, Sales, Project Managers, and Experts
- Identify and propose service evolutions and success plans aligned with client business objectives
- Contribute to upsell and renewal strategies in collaboration with Sales teams
- Structure onboarding phases to accelerate time-to-value
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success Management for complex accounts
- Experience in technological environments such as SaaS, IoT, or B2B solutions
- Experience with retail clients is a major asset
- Proven experience managing structured contractual commitments
- Ability to interact with C-level and director-level stakeholders
- Strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and value creation
- Fluency in English for an international environment
- High level of rigor, attention to detail, and reactivity
