About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic large-scale accounts to ensure adoption of IoT and SaaS solutions
  • Build long-term trust with key client sponsors and decision-makers
  • Drive client governance through business reviews and ROI demonstration
  • Coordinate internal teams including Support, Sales, and Project Managers
  • Monitor and improve client NPS and implement corrective action plans
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams
  • Manage service contract budgets and ensure SLA compliance

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success Management for complex accounts
  • Experience in technology environments such as SaaS or IoT
  • Experience with retail clients is a major asset
  • Proven ability to manage structured contractual engagements
  • Fluency in English for an international environment
  • Strong orientation toward retention, satisfaction, and value creation
