About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design concrete and field-oriented training content for client onboarding
  • Develop clear and actionable pedagogical supports
  • Deploy automated and targeted engagement campaigns to accelerate product adoption
  • Analyze usage data using advanced tools and AI approaches to produce actionable insights
  • Contribute to the data-driven transformation of customer relations

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program
  • Specialization in Business, Marketing, Data, Digital, or Project Management
  • Understanding of customer experience and digital challenges
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and SaaS environments
  • Ability to analyze data and extract simple insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (internship or project) in Customer Success, CRM, Data, or Consulting
  • Sensitivity to retail or technology environments
