About the role
Responsibilities
- Design concrete and field-oriented training content for client onboarding
- Develop clear and actionable pedagogical supports
- Deploy automated and targeted engagement campaigns to accelerate product adoption
- Analyze usage data using advanced tools and AI approaches to produce actionable insights
- Contribute to the data-driven transformation of customer relations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program
- Specialization in Business, Marketing, Data, Digital, or Project Management
- Understanding of customer experience and digital challenges
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and SaaS environments
- Ability to analyze data and extract simple insights
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internship or project) in Customer Success, CRM, Data, or Consulting
- Sensitivity to retail or technology environments
