About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a high volume of SMB accounts
  • Handle routine customer inquiries and coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams to deliver supply chain solutions
  • Proactively engage customers through virtual check-ins and performance reviews to drive satisfaction and prevent churn
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and product adoption
  • Monitor customer health metrics and manage a large portfolio with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate retention data to plan next steps for growth and churn prevention

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of experience in customer success, support, or related customer-facing roles
  • Experience in SMB account management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage reporting and dashboards
  • Excellent written communication skills
