About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a high volume of SMB accounts
- Handle routine customer inquiries and coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams to deliver supply chain solutions
- Proactively engage customers through virtual check-ins and performance reviews to drive satisfaction and prevent churn
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and product adoption
- Monitor customer health metrics and manage a large portfolio with a focus on scalability and efficiency
- Maintain accurate retention data to plan next steps for growth and churn prevention
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience in customer success, support, or related customer-facing roles
- Experience in SMB account management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage reporting and dashboards
- Excellent written communication skills
