Responsibilities

  • Own relationships across a wide range of customers, from startups to Fortune 500 companies
  • Understand customer objectives, design paths to success, and identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee implementation, training, renewal, and expansion processes
  • Provide day-to-day customer support
  • Create helpful resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for user needs

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in SaaS or AI-driven products preferred
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and expansion
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara for in-person work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
