Responsibilities
- Own relationships across a wide range of customers, from startups to Fortune 500 companies
- Understand customer objectives, design paths to success, and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee implementation, training, renewal, and expansion processes
- Provide day-to-day customer support
- Create helpful resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for user needs
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience in SaaS or AI-driven products preferred
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and expansion
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara for in-person work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
