At Ultralytics, we commit to relentless innovation in the AI space and seek team members who resonate with our ambition to produce the world's best YOLO AI models. Following our $30M Series A, we’re scaling our customer success function out of our London hub.
Responsibilities
- Own a high-volume book of approximately 80 mid-market accounts representing ~$2M ARR
- Drive net dollar retention (NDR) through proactive relationship management and renewal conversations
- Identify expansion opportunities across new use cases, teams, and geographies
- Discuss model deployment, integration patterns, and computer vision use cases with technical buyers
- Onboard and activate new mid-market customers to drive production value
- Partner cross-functionally with AEs, Solution Engineers, and Product teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in technical customer success or account management
- Technical credibility to discuss deployment and ML/AI products with engineers
- Experience managing a large book of business and triaging accounts effectively
- Strong commercial capability for handling renewals and spotting expansion signals
- Self-sufficient and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Legal authorization to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to APIs, developer tooling, or ML/AI products
