About the role

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire post-sale journey to ensure customers achieve business goals through strategic adoption of Trimble solutions.
  • Lead high-impact business reviews and value conversations to assess account health and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Architect comprehensive account success plans and rollout strategies aligned with customer long-term visions.
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by partnering cross-functionally with product and sales teams to drive innovation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks while fostering trusted relationships with executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated Customer Success or Account Management experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships and complex account portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and persuasive storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to resolve challenges and drive product adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, or Gainsight.
  • Direct experience or domain knowledge in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AECO) workflows.
  • Experience in ERP or construction technology sectors.
