About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage long-tail customer accounts (under $5K monthly spend) and track key performance metrics.
- Act as the primary resource for community customers regarding platform usage, pricing, and escalations.
- Support customers through SMS setup, messaging compliance reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution.
- Leverage AI tools daily to automate workflows, surface insights, and optimize book-of-business management.
- Review prospective traffic for compliance and assist customers with registration timelines and content guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical customer service experience (supporting APIs, telecom, or SaaS infrastructure) or 2+ years of technical project management experience.
- An AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools to automate workflows or analyze data.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to navigate complex product documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
- High level of organizational skill and the ability to manage large datasets.
- Analytical thinking skills to solve problems while considering downstream effects.
