Customer Success Manager, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across a portfolio of SME customers in Vietnam to understand their business models and workflows.
• Identify growth opportunities using customer data and product usage trends to increase wallet share.
• Educate and activate customers on the full range of Airwallex products to drive ongoing adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer by partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and execute retention initiatives to reduce churn.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing commercial role.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with software and CRM tools to manage customer activity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, start-ups, or software environments.
• Data-driven approach to managing customer portfolios and prioritizing opportunities.
• Experience supporting customers through the full lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and upselling.
